If you have been registered to use this system then the personal information we have is your name, email address and which local authority you work for. We have been given that information by the Local Government Association (LGA), who we assume have collected it in accordance with the relevant regulations and have the right to do so. We do also collect your email address in the process of you logging in to the site.
We use that data to provide the NPS diagnostic to you, and so that responses can be presented in reports with the context of who completed them.
We will not share this personal information with anyone apart from the LGA and its authorised agents.
We will keep this data for about a year until we delete it from the servers used to provide this service. All personal information is stored within a database on a secure cloud server in a UK data centre. Data stored on that server is encrypted at rest.
You can access and view this personal information via your login to the site. If you wish to be removed from the site you may email info@nipltd.com.
